SHIPPING

All orders are processed with 2-3 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping is free in Continental United States. Unless otherwise noted, we use USPS Standard Shipping which takes approx. 3-5 Business Days.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note
A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $500 for Physical Items that are returned for any other reason than defective or wrong product.

Activated Licenses for Software or Operating Systems cannot be Refunded. This includes Windows 10 Pro, Anti-Virus, Office 365, Microsoft SQL, and other licensing fees. These will be deducted from your refund if activated
